JIG ?

JIG is a tool used as an aid to product production in manufacturing, and provides quick and accurate positioning and immobilization of the workpiece or assembly (WORK PIECE) in a certain position.
JIG is produced for two main reasons.

Effects 1. Improving Work Precision

Workers in the production process shall manufacture the product to match the drawing tolerances.
In LOCATION, WORK PIECE CONTROL is called WORK PIECE CONTROL. Generally, there should be a device that requires WORK PIECE to be turned on and CLAMPIGed, and this incidentally refers to a device that requires TOOL to be GUIDed during actual operation.

C/F, CHECKING FIXTURE ?
To verify the dimensions of products manufactured in the development of the vehicle, this tool is used to verify that the DATA of the product conforms to the drawing SPEC.

The measurement items are typically GAP and FLUSH.

(1) GAP: A gap between the product and the product
(2) FLUSH: Differences in height from the other product (short)

When creating C/F, it is important to determine the value of GAP and FLUSH.
e.g. G:3.0 F:0.0
GAP is 3mm when normal product is placed on C/F. FLUSH is 0
